Keyword: Struggle

Focus: Balance sought, teetering on the precipice of movement or even a fall.   It’s so difficult sometimes to handle two equally important issues in our lives, especially when they seem to be in opposition of each other.

And so we move through these difficult days, presenting that false cheerful face to the world, pretending to enjoy even the struggle. Find someone to share the truth with.  Tell them that you’re overwhelmed and feeling stuck.  Sometimes just sharing it with another human relieves enough pressure that we may begin to see the next steps, if not the solution.

Do:

• Breathe.
• Seek.
• Share.

Don’t: 

• Despair.
• Surrender.
• Flee.
