Focus: Pay attention. You’ve been on the road to success, seeing the movement in a good direction, feeling and seeing the improvement, but you’re stumbling now.  You’re feeling defeated and yes, things are indeed hard and apparently going wrong.  What looked bright and shiny yesterday looks gray and dingy today.  It’s called a setback for a reason.  It’s not a fail, it’s not a crash, but you need to stay on top of it right now and keep pushing.  You’ve got this.

• Reach out.
• Move.

Don’t: 

• Freeze.
• Denial.
• Whine.
