Focus:  What are you resisting?  Why do things feel stuck, stagnant? Everything ends. Are you delaying the inevitable?  Putting off some action or conversation that will bring this to it’s natural ending? Sometimes the end comes quickly and we see the bright dawn rising ahead of us, and others it comes inch by inch, but either way, it requires our participation to proceed.   Birth doesn’t happen without the pains of labor.

Do:

• Embrace.
• Change.
• Act.

Don’t: 

• Fear.
• Stagnate.
• Delay.
